Proposal & confession page on facebook...?

Hey everyone as all of you know there are a lot of proposal and confession pages on Facebook I also want to create a proposal page of my college but I don't exactly know how so please help me with it.,

Open your fb in windows u can see life side at yur home page creat a page and u can easily make page but problem is that aftr creating ur page u can only ur frds ad little more but if u wnt to publicity that page u have to pay online

For creating a confession page follow below steps.

0. Create a Facebook page before creating a form in google.
1. Go to http://www.facebook.com
2. Type in search box "K.I.T Confession".
3. Click on yellow smile type page.
4. Click on the "[http://j.mp/YzPqf5]" link on that page.(As soon as you clicks on this link the new tab will open containing this link, Go on to that tab.)
5. Now, type anything there and submit it.
6. Now, there are two options in front of you.
7. Choose "Create your own form" option.
8. Now, choose any theme and get started.
9. Untitled form :- Give the name of the form that you want.
10. Give description about your form,
11. Question Title :- "Confession Page".
12. Help Text :- Give some help to people that what they need or have to write in this form.
13. Question Type :- Choose "Paragraph Text" for making confession page.
14. "Checked" the Required question field.
15. Click on Done button.
16. Then click on "send form" button.
17 Choose what type of media do you want to send a form.
18. Click on "done" button.
19. Choose "Response Destination".
20. Click on "Create" button.
21. Now, just go to your time line and copy the link that you have shared from the "send form" option and paste that link on your desired facebook page.
22. That`s it.
