I go to a location rather frequently where I can't connect my kindle fire to the wireless network there. Others can connect with their devices.

Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hi! Try this, and see if this solves your connectivity issue: remove the network from your Kindle's list - usually, you select the network name from the list (within the settings menu) and it takes you to options for that network. There, you should see the option to "forget." After that, you can return to the list of network names available, and you may need to refresh the list. Now try connecting to that same network and enter the password if required. Now try an activity that requires a wireless connection. If it's a public place, it may require you to go out to a website to accept their terms and conditions, otherwise, it should be working.

If you need additional help with any of the steps, let us know!
