I am writing a job description for a Desktop Support Assistant-a college student's job title. This is what I have so far however I am not sure it sounds good enough to be posted on Professional Social Media Sites:

"Providing assistance to Desktop Support Specialists with setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers on both Windows and Macintosh platforms. Responsibilities include resolving incident reports and documenting them via Cherwell Software, hardware and software installation, and troubleshooting. "
