how do I get info in my old account into my new account?

Set up new account because I couldn't get into my old account and now I have lost all my contacts, pictures and e-mails.

Hi,

I can help only with transferring your Contacts, but not with emails and pictures. Please follow below procedure to transfer contacts from your old account to new account::

* On your new Yahoo account, click on the "Contacts" in the left pane (11th option from Compose);
* You can see "Import Contacts" on that page along with other options;
* You will get options to import the contacts from Facebook / Gmail / Yahoo / File Upload;
* Select "IMPORT FROM YAHOO";
* You will be asked to enter the e-mail address & password to old account;
* After entering those, click on IMPORT;
* You will see a dialogue box saying how many contacts are imported;
* Click on DONE or VIEW CONTACTS.
* You are all set with importing the Contacts from your old account.

NOTE: It is not possible to transfer all the emails at once from one account to another. Only way to send your emails is to FORWARD one by one to your new account. You can download the pictures on to your computer and save them in "Pictures" folder.
