I started a social network http://www.alldealsunited.ning.com need help! finding people to join and bloggers who like to share the stories on saving money on items they buy or get free. Any Advice?

There are lots ot things you can do to build traffic to your site.
Article writing/marketing, social bookmarking, social media etc. Search google for more info on how to build traffic.
