Facebook group chat options, video and non-video?

Our Facebook group would love to have group chat options (possibly including video) other than the squinchy little box that we're currently typing to each other in. Have any of you found anything that you really like?

Create a group at (or join a group created from this link):
http://www.facebook.com/groups
Then when people join click the "chat with group" button on the right.
(Note: these groups are different to the previous "Facebook Groups")
