Messages between me and my friend...she usually texts back right away.

Me: Jenni!!!!!!!!
Her: Whats up?
Me: Nothin much girl just eating food n cuddlin with my cat, how bout u?

Her: Just laying in bed without a cuddle buddy. #forever alone

Me:loll what are you talkin about, im the one without a boyfriend so I have to use my cat as a substitute. xP Tell your boyfriend to come cuddle you, haha.

Her: Lol well at least cats are soft and fuzzy and they cant say no to cuddling. And my boyfriend just left, but I made him take a nap with me for a few hours.

Me: Well there you go, at least you got to nap with him. Sometimes my cats wont even cuddle me, and its not like you can make them or they'll tear your face apart. So usually I end up just hugging my pillow. :/

Her: HAHAHAHAHA IM LIKE CRACKING UP. Just throw them at the wall if they wont cuddle you, lmao.

Me: Lolll that would be mean, they would never cuddle with me again! Throwing them at the wall wouldnt be a good idea anyways, since theres six of them, they'd probably team up and kill me.

No responce. She usually texts back in 2 minutes, but its been an hour. Do you think what I said was awkward or not funny? :o I regret sending that! sh*t!

throwing them at the wall was the sadistic, awkward text. she was also being awkward using hashtags through texts. tell her to stop that.

I mean it didn't make me laugh but it wasn't awkward for the situation or the topic. She probably went to do something else. You didn't say anything sick or offending. Seems fine to me. Maybe she got bored of the subject?

Nothing awkward with that conversation. She probably was multitasking and forgot to message you back. Its unusual to have that many pets but if she is a good friend of yours she wouldn't even consider you weird. My friend has 9 cats living with her and I am totally accepting of that because cats are awesome.
