I am pursuing a career in Business Marketing Management. This career looks very exciting to me, and I would just like to ask what is it like, in the day of a Marketing Manager? Do you enjoy it? What is that that you don't enjoy? The benefits? I'm definItely excited to enter this field, I would just like some "Real Life Marketing Management 101" incite!

Hi There,

As someone who nearly pursued this career I can tell you the following. If you are an undergraduate, you will not go from that position to Marketing Manager straight away. The reality is quite the contrary, especially in a world where Social Sciences like Management, Finance and Economics are increasingly popular. Not only does the position 'Marketing Manager' vary from country to country and from company to company, the process of getting there can vary extensively too. So just bare that in mind. You won't be a Marketing Manager until you're at least 30 +, or longer if you don't devote your entire life to your career.
