Was this woman being rude to me on Facebook?
The other night I was in a bad mood and I wrote an old friend of mine a message on Facebook over how I was feeling about me feeling shunned and neglected by lots of people and she just read my message without responding back yet I did notice she seemed to have a lot of time for her other friends

Later that night I've expressed myself towards this woman by her reading my messages without responding back and me feeling like she didn't appreciate my kindness and told her she had hurt my feelings by not responding back to my messages, she arrogantly told me that she is busy talking to her family and that I should go talk to my family over how I'm feeling, then I apologized to her for us expecting to stay in touch on Facebook and for the previous message I've sent her over how I was feeling.

Sadly out of the blue she just flat out deleted me off of her friends list

You should stalk her.

yes she was because the message she could have spent the time writing to you would be a few words of encouragement, not a simple "I'm busy talking to someone else", she was totally out of line for telling you that when you've needed someone to talk to, I also thought she was totally out of line deleting you off of her friends list after you were nice enough to apologize to her for expressing yourself towards her when all what she did was be rude and insensitive towards your feelings.
