Question about PSN+ and new Facebook app.?

If I purchase PSN+ on 1 account on my PS3, can I use all of its features on another account?
Update 3.40 which we recived last night gave Facebook a new app allowing people to view others PSN profiles and other cool things we can now do though Facebook and PS3. How do I find or use this new app?

the playstation+ games you get and dlc are usable by anyone with an account on the system , as are the themes
avatars will be usable by you only .
the facebook app is available to everyone whether they subscribe to + or not
access it through either using the photo gallery app ( after updating to the latest version ) by hitting â–³ to use the menu or through the new video editor app you can download - after creating a video either upload to facebook or youtube
the other facebook app is accessed through account management .
you also need to set facebook to enable ps3 features
