How can I figure out what email my twitter is linked to?

I got logged out of my twitter and I know my password but it's not letting me log in, I tried doing the email recovery thing and it logged me into a twitter account I had years ago, I need my main one back and IM not sure what email I used for it, the one I thought was being used said it was no longer found, any ideas?

I would check your emails for twitter notfications (check spam or trash folders) If still can't found, try the email recovery using a different email.
