My ex boyfriend blocked me on FB and now he's unblocked me?

Okay so me and him were together for a year and then he broke up with me a few weeks after we made our 1 year anniversary. We remained friends and still messed around, so you could say we were friends with benefits. After a year of being friends with benefits he told me that he just wanted to be friends, I didn't know why so I just left it at that. Later on his cousins told me he had a girlfriend that he had been with for 3 months. So he was cheating on her with me for 3 months of their relationship. We still hung out when we became JUST FRIENDS but she didn't want him to be friends with me so he'd tell her that we weren't when I was clearly at his house almost everyday. One day he told me he wanted nothing to do with me because of his girlfriend and so I left him alone. On his birthday I sent him a message on Facebook telling him "Happy birthday, wish you the best." and like 2 days after that he blocked me. It's been about 7 months and a few days ago I realized I was unblocked. I could look at his profile and everything. Then I get on my Tumblr and someone asked me a question which said "what is your whole story with "ex boyfriend" and I responded. Then after I got a question saying "have you told his gf what he did he cant get away with something like that" and I responded. The thing is I deleted my old Tumblr and made a new one and one day I messaged him in his Tumblr but he doesn't use it anymore. I don't know any of my followers in real life so I don't know who it could be asking me all these questions. What do you think is happening and why did he unblock me or why do you think he unblocked me?
I didn't know he was with her! Until his cousins told me 3 months later. I never knew a thing. The only reason I found out she didn't want us being friends was because when he finally told me he didn't want anything to do with me he said "she doesn't want us to be friends, she never did and I did alot of stuff behind her back to keep you in my life but I want me and her to work so lets just go our seperate ways" I didn't do it purposely.
Also I haven't talked to him ever since he blocked me, I left him alone. If you aren't gonna answer my question then don't even bother answering. You guys act like y'all are so perfect.

Okay for one, you and your 'friend' are horrible for cheating on that other girl...like seriously what the hell girl? And i wouldn't be surprised if he blocked you because the other girl told him to, and then later unblocked you without her knowing..And why would you answer such personal questions to people like that? you know it may have even been the other girl who made the account and asked you, so she could find out whats going on...and i really dont blame her, like really, why would you do that in the first place??
