Anyone ever try this?
I was going through Twitter and saw this. Anyone ever try this? (Lucid Dreaming) ? A lot of people think it's scary some say they've tried it but for all i know they could be lying.

Lucid dreaming is very real, even scuentifically proven. I'm a lucid dreamer myself. Smile However, I have a problem with this picture. Lucid dreaming is a skill, not something someone just 'tries once and see how it goes'. I mean it can happen, but is rare. Most people require a bit if practice while others naturally have this skill. The technique this picture is telling to to do is an actual technique known as WILD, or wake induced licid dreaming. This is known as the most difficult of all the techniques to do actually, and many experinced lucid dreamers take weeks to even a year to learn it let alone master it. Plus, the picture does a poor job of explaining the technique.

In conclusion yes it is real, but be wary of this picture. If you want to lucid dream, go to world-of-lucid-dreaming.com and explore the site a bit. It will tell you accurately what you can do to lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is not scary. It's an incredible, amazing thing to experience. Smile Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. Smile
