Are the people on the left of your profile page on Facebook your 'stalkers'?

Okay, so, there has been a lot of talk going on about on the left side on your Facebook profile page, there are a list of about 10 people and they are the people who look at your profile the most. Is that true? Because EVERY time I go on facebook or I refresh the page, it is ALWAYS the same people, just in a different order.
Oh, forgot to add, the thing is, I never chat with these people at all! The people I talk to the most are not even on that list.

If your chat is online... its the people your most likely to talk to...

If your chat is offline... then its your friends in alphabetical order...
