After many of my message Facebook help center replied me and said to submit legal documents otherwise they can not help me so at the same time i submitted some of my important legal documents to Facebook help center to verify my account and make it secure but after that they are not replying me although i sent many message to Facebook help center and just try to ask him about my problem but they are not replying me

One thing that i not understand what is the problem now as i have already submitted my legal documents to verify my account why they are not replying me why Facebook help center is like a joke

What documents and why would you owe money to FB or they to you?
