why does it seem like my cousin is always on...when i check my chat list, his name is always there but he's never on.......

is it because he subscribed to receiving updates that come from my facebook wall and he's always on..

i dont chat with him....he has a blackberry

is it possbile he installed the facebook app on his phone to make him look like he is always online...he did it because she sees people make fun of me on facebook and by subscribing to my facebook updates, he can know everything..

how is installing the facebook app for blackberry different then using facebook for android or other phones

I have always wondered about this and actually just found out the solution the other day. i always appear online on chat even if I:m not using facebook or my phone is not even connected to wifi. people keep messaging me, and I always have to tell them that I wasn't online when they sent the message.

The reason behind this is the Facebook app he has on his phone. Even if he logs out from all computers and even when he is not accessing Facebook account on his phone, as long as the Facebook app is online, he will always appear online.

Go to the mobile FB app, then click Go Offline on Chat. That should solve this.
