Looking for a "friend" website, not dating?

I'm trying to find a website that can help me find some female friends, not relationships. The dating websites are always women looking for dating so they aren't much help. I just want some female friends who I can hang out with and talk to. Women tend to be more open and honest plus they're easier to talk to and don't judge you like guys do. Does anything like this even exist? I live in a hick town where most people are just not interesting or I wouldn't have to do this in the first place.
Hm, interesting. Never thought about using FB in that way. thanks.
What I mean is, most of my FB friends are not close by or family and friends from other states where I used to live.
