Does this guy like me?

Okay so on facebook or something, i talk to this guy alot because he likes talking to 3-7 people on facebook. What I know about him is that he can't really contain a certain emotion/feeling and will try to indirectly tell that person that he likes her. So recently, I noticed that he talks to me more than often. Probably more than the girl he likes. He also started to become a little nicer like complimenting me on small things. He even sent me a legend of zelda fan art picture (cuz i like zelda) That said something like "I lost a heart will you give me yours?" This really got me suspicious. I am wondering if he likes me? Help

If he starts to talk about or ask you about your personel stuffs, like favorite food, color or your trait or stuffs that he doesn't need to know, then he might possibly like you. If he tries to make unnecessary conversations, he might want to talk to you and doesn't know what matter to talk. I think he first-step likes you.
