This is NOT OK. Look at the fuss about that Minister who lost his job ,,,, "PLEBGATE" .... all his Tory pals were up in arms at his having to resign when he had not been proven to have done anything wrong.
He was apparently .. judged before the case against him was proven ... this was why his pals were irate.!!! I would never, ever drink and drive .. in fact I did not drink this New Year . despite going to a party in the next village .. because I was driving. But if I was in the situation of those who are accused and displayed in public I would do my utmost to sue the police. The principle of law is as important as the public appearance and moral approach. Ads |

To be exact, it is for those CHARGED with the offence,not just those arrested.
Once charged to Court, anyone can sit in Court and hear the details of the charge ,whether the person is found guilty or not so therefore, the details are already within the public domain. |
