You need to change your URL as it's too long. And it will never be a popular blog because it's based around an illegal activity. So sadly the target demographic isn't large enough to get MANY views.

But when you say don't mind the content then yeah, still good luck.. people create blogs everyday. You need a unique theme, good uptime, functionality, good SEO, good content, no ads etc.
