Should I forgive them? Or stop being friends with them?
I have a group chat on Facebook with about 6 guys who I play basketball with. Tomorrow is the last day of holidays, and I've made plans to meet up with some girls from my old school. I tell the group that I can't make it to basketball, and this guy Matt (I thought we were friends) calls me a bitch, says stuff like "cod can wait a day" and stuff. I tell them that I'm meeting up with some girls, and they start being like "bros before hoes" and "he's choosing bitches over us" (they've never even met the girls.)
So then they tell me to leave the group or they'll make a new one without me. So I left.

One guy told me to leave and 2 others agreed with him. I feel like I just got stabbed in the back, all because I made plans before basketball. I didn't even say that I was going to go with them in the first place.

Should I forgive them? I want to never talk to them again, but it'll be hard since we used to be good friends.

It seems that they are jealous because of the girls. Its normal, the fact that you've been good friends since then. But they overreacted and told things that can hurt other peoples' feelings. Do not mind them, just go on with the plan you've made (which was to meet girls) After all, they cannot decide personal things about you. You will make you own choice, and just tell them to stay calm and mind their own businesses.

You constantly say 'friends', They used to be good friends, I thought we were friends etc. Well the thing is. What do you call a friend? These guys were being childish and selfish. If they did this so easily to you then they are not really very good friends are they? I would not bother with them anymore. If they come to you with an apology then that's okay. But for you to apologise to them is going to show your weak and you may not even get a reply. Move on and make new friends Smile
