Facebook Status and notifications?

Lately i've noticed that on facebook when people comment on my status it doesnt tell me in my notifications, and if i comment on someone elses status and they comment back it doesn't tell me this either

i know facebook has some like messed up stuff.
but it will work after a while.

try go into settings and alter it to tell you. you can enable and disable notifications your self but i have noticed lots of people have problems with facebook with one thing or another i do as well good luck

Yeah, sometimes they can have syncing issues. Go back into your 'Notifications' area, and uncheck and re-check the boxes you've enabled, that should re-establish the notifications.

Also, check one of your older Facebook notification emails, and add that sender's email address to your 'Safe List' on your Email account, because sometimes they can also be filtered out as Spam, or Junk Email (and yes, without even going into your Spam/Junk folders). Also double-check to make sure you have the same email address on your Facebook account that you are checking for the notifications.

Then, in a day or so, put up a new Status, and have one of your friends reply to it. Within 15 minutes (depending on what Email system you use), you should get the Facebook notification email.
