How to change my Facebook Message Settings?

Okay I so I want to change my settings to that only my friends can send me a message not everyone. Its set to "strict" so can it be any higher?
Because I know if anyone sends me a message it goes to the file "other" but I don't want that.

Go on the security button(the button icon is a security lock) which is just before the setting button on the tool bar on the top right page and then go to "Who can contact me" and then change your settings.

Very easy. Go to fb and show on the right top corner, the setting option.

To change your Facebook Message settings, you go to the 'i' symbol at the top-right corner or click on the toolbar and then you can turn off chat or notifications on settings or set it to normal to make sure they validly send messages to you and the message won't be gone to another file.
