yes or no and why or why not?? also... what exactly do you do on instagram? i know you put pictures but what else?? can you message or add any friends? thanks

Not really, for reason being Facebook bought instagram take on Pin-interest

instagram =Facebook

Facebook = instagram

both has different purpose , if you just interested with visial things use instagram ( for tagging u can use http://www.tagsforhearts.com ) ... if u like reading staff or watching videos u can use facebook... but if u want to listen music and watching online movies use vkontakte
