I sold a job lot of 4 orignal untested PS3 if they don't work can the buyer ask for money back???
I sold the PS3's on a Facebook selling page and the buyer came and collected for £40. The post did say untested sold as seen if they don't work I don't think they can ask for there money back can they?

No, because you did post they were untested and basically sold as is. They can't win a dispute because you did list it appropriately.

because you sold the goods as untested sold as seen - then the buyer has been informed correctly of the items condition.
