Why do I have to refresh my Facebook page to get notifications?
Recently, I have to constantly refresh my Facebook page on new notifications on comments on my status, photos, etc. I also have to refresh the page to see a new Facebook chat message. It's all very tedious, and this never used to happen. What can I do to make Facebook "normal" again?

Check if JavaScript is on, if it's off, there's you're problem. Notifications are Ajax, without Java, they won't show.

But I think you should install Adobe Flash. If you have, you shold update it to the latest version. That will help you watch smoothly.
