are they going to start chargeing for it i herard i june or july 19.95 a month

no they wont, it would be more probable that they pay you instead.
They get all their money from ads, so dont worry.
Plus, if they do, all the people will just leave, and the hell with Facebook.

no - those rumors are a hoax - groups (or whatever they're called) often spring up on Facebook to get people to join but the pages often link to off-site web pages that are mere advertisements or even can be malicious

snopes.com even has an entry about that

google: "facebook charging users" and you'll see what I mean
