My reason for doing this will be so I can make a "hydrocephalus support/awareness group" using twitter and my E-mail address.

Once you login into twitter and click on setting option on the account screen you can see deactivate my account link. once you do click on that it will deactivate your account and than try to create new one better to wait at least for 24 hours rather they count as spam.
