It makes me mad.
I unfollowed her but she's still following me
Why would she still be following me and is she trying to piss me off with her flirty comments?

Honestly she is probably just really immature. I'd cut your losses and just block her. Nothing is worse then a partner or ex-partner who likes to play head games. Nobody has time for that.
