facebook privacy help?

hi i was just wondering i have a friend who i havent spoken to for ages i looked her up on facebook and it lets me view her profile i havent talked to her on it whatsoever and my profile is private however when i told one of my friends to view it it was classed as private and her link was greyed out and on mine its blue she has 2 friends added who i also have added and do my 3 other friends who when they all click on her profile its greyed out so how come it lets me view it ? we are all in the same networks has she done something specific so i can ? or what ? help please i would like to know she means a lot
hi no her settings cant be set to friends of friends because my 2 other friends are friends with the same friends she has added and still only i can see her profile even tho all of us have 2 mutual friends with her hmm
