Simply press print screen key from your keyboard & paste it in paint to save as jpg.

If its Posted on Someone Elses Account you Can Not Remove it What you Can Do is if your Tagged in it Remove the Tag From the Picture That Will Get it Off your Account if you Want The Person to Delete it you Have to Ask Them to Remove it if its a Picture of You They Can Not Refuse If They Do Than Report it to Facebook
