How do I rid of the bundle of Small Business account and Yahoo personal account?
When I log in my personal account, I can switch it to my small business account on the same page. I need to remove this setting.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Yahoo Small Business services. The Yahoo Small Business Email access is based on having both your Business Mail account and your Yahoo.com account available in the same box. It is not possible to unlink these accounts.
