I wanna create a business page on FACEBOOK for my products/ Services promotion?

I want to create a group or page about my BUSINESS PROMOTION I want to post my product details, updates and scan pics on there etc.But I don't know whether I should create a new group that people can join, or create a new page that people can become a fan of. is there any service provider about facebook marketing ? then suggest thanks...

I recommend you to just make a fan page and include there the pictures of your products. Wise choice if you go for facebook. I also promote there when I build web sites. You can ask facebook of the terms about advertising.
