Facebook.... all you can really do on twitter is send a 140 character message, possibily with a link in it if necessary - for instance to give a shoutout that there's some new content on your website / blog / youtube channel.

With facebook you can post much longer messages with links on your account to update people, send private messages more easily (without searching around like with "Direct Messages" with Twitter), post photographs & video clips, video chat & play games such as "SimCity Social" or "Words with friends", etc.
