I'm blocked from facebook and want to delete my account.. if i delete my email linked to it, will it delete my facebook account?

Nope. You have to go into Facebook settings and deactivate it.

Nope, the only that happens is that you won't be able to email to receive from facebook anymore. But you can refer your facebook account to another email that is valid so that you won't have to problem with this anymore.
