I can't get into my instagram account?

So I clicked on "rate this app" and I clicked cancel because I didn't want to rate it. So, I re-purchased instagram. When I clicked on "sign in" and tried to enter my account, I forgot my username and password!! I never have to log in cuz it's already there! Oh god, in freaking out because I have 11k followers and I can't get in!! What do I do!? Help!

Maybe try to make another account, and find one of your followers or people you followed, and go into the people they're following. Or, ask one if your friends.. If any if your friends were following you. Or, try to find an email from instagram, and you should see your username.
