This guy on twitter has been recording/involved in the drugging and possible sexual abuse and death ("Her pulse not even beating no more #ImOut") of a girl, but I have no idea how to get her help? He's completely unwilling to do anything about it and this girl could possibly be in trouble

PoohBearPenguin has no idea what he or she is talking about. This is viral right now.

If I were you, I wouldn't worry about getting actively involved. People have found the guy's location, and local authorities have been alerted--it's being investigated right now.

Hopefully, Anonymous (the group) tracks the guy and messes up his life, as they're known for doing.
