I want to create a Facebook App, but don't know how?

Hi, so, you know about those Apps on FB that are all like, "JUSTINA TAYLOR JUST HIT YOU WITH THE HAPPY PILLOW. YOU WILL LOOSE IF YOU DON'T HIT JUSTINA BACK WITHIN 2 DAYS/HOURS"
Since I am a pretty big fan of those, I'd like to know how to make one. Like how great the good ones are; wins, looses, reaching 50 wins to unlock Flaming Marshmellows, aw, whatever. Like those good ones. I don't have the money to get a system like Adobe. So a good free one that is easy to use. Thanks so much. Cookies and kudos, KAKO.

to create Facebook Apps you have to be a developer, and that you have already develop web application with different language ex: PHP, HTML, ASP, then you can develop facebook application with a programming language of FBML or others Facebook platform language.
