how to make like this on Face Book Markup Language(FBML):

step 1: like our page before to proceed to step 2
(step 2 will not show if step 1 is not done.)

step 3: click the icon of our sponsors then like and share our page sponsors to proceed to step 4
(step 4 will not show if step 3 is not done>)

you dont use FBML to do that, you use PHP, and your own paid server

there are plenty of instructions on the developer site, but you cannot force people to click on sponsers, that would violate the terms of service
