Why did Google not approve AdSense on my blog?

I made a blog with blogger and sent in an application for Google AdSense. A few days later, when I clicked my "Earnings" tab on blogger to see if my application was accepted, it took me to a page that said, "The account associated with publisher ID ca-pub-6082634713322707 has been disapproved", as in AdSense didn't accept my application for some reason.

I've been trying to figure out for hours what I did wrong to get disapproved, and how I can fix it so that I can send in another application. I don't know whether it's a copyright issue, or maybe because I've viewed my own videos on youtube several times and that's like not allowed or something? Please help me out, I have no idea what I'm doing and would really love to be a part of Google AdSense.

First of all, since you are rejected for this blog, please do not apply with it again. Here are few steps what you do:

1. Create a new blog.
2. Install a nice template. You can download and install template from http://btemplates.com/
3. Use these coding <title> </title>, <meta name ="Description" content="Write a description of your blog" />, <meta name ="Keyword" content="List of keywords for your blog" />
4. Install Google Analyst coding.
5. Write few post. Not all in single day but write 3/4 posts each day continuously for 5/6 days.
6. Use widgets including "Recent post", "Categories", "Archive" etc.
7. Use a subscription for your blog so that people can subscribe via RSS and Email
8. Use Facebook and Twitter widgets on blog.

After doing all these, again apply for adsense account by submitting this new blog.
