3 times is the limit, because facebook expects you to always be honest about your age

and if you create more than one account, facebook can detect that and they will lock all of your accounts within 1 week

Don't use your real DOB if you are under 18. Facebook will never check and just assume you were born when you say. Besides, if you are under 18, you won't be able to access the adult rated pages, but you will get a lot of hits from pedos asking to meet you.
