How to show you are interested in more, but not sure if he feels the same?

So there is this guy I have never really talked to but he is in a lot of my classes and on twitter we literally have been favoriting and retweeting the other persons things. Am I making a big deal out of nothing? And if he is being flirtatious how could I say I like him without directly telling him? Whenever I tell someone how I feel it never works out lol.

Keep interacting with him on twitter and maybe start talking to him in your classes after you two hang out for a while, then you two can decide what to do next.
