Ex girlfriend from high school following my band and myself online?

My ex from High School (like 12 years ago) is following me everywhere online. We're on good terms, she messaged me on Facebook so I added her, and now she's following my band, my twitter, my band's twitter, our instagram etc etc.

I'm not sure why, but it feels a little weird to me. I don't want to hurt her feelings by unfriending her /blocking her, but I don't really want some chick I dated in High School seeing everything I do as an adult.

What would you do? Thanks.
bob you're absolutely right, frankly I hate Facebook, and took myself off for quite a while, but I'm sort of obligated because of the band, so :/

what is really strange is that you put info up on FB, Twitter, and instagram and now that you have made all this information public, you don't wan't people to see it. Thats not how social media works.
