I can not access facebook and youtube?

I just came back from china yesterday. I know people can not use youtube and facebook in china .I can access any website except facebook and youtube on my computer after i came back to the United State.
google chrome shows "you restrict to www. facebook.com" or "the website is not avaible"
i wonder did chinese government secretely insert the virus software to my pc and block me accessing facebook and youtube?
is any way to solve this problem?

Only thing I can think of (and it's a stretch) is your dns cache is still using what it had in china. Simple enough to find out though. Simply flush (clear) your cache. open your cmd prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns then hit enter. By the way you may have to right-click and run the cmd prompt as an administrator in order for this to work. If by some chance you're still using windows xp, 2000 or vista simply hit the windows key + r to bring up the "run" window and input the same command.
