Smartphones with good quality cameras?
Helloooo Smile I love taking pictures! and generally my phone is what I use because it's always with me. But my iPhone 4 doesn't really take very good ones, so I was wondering if any other Smartphones take better quality?

The only criteria that I have is that it has the instagram app and preferably it is under $150, but I have an open mind :-)

good camera phone is quite expensive, u can't get one under $150. Windows Phone got two popular Instagram apps. Instagram(Official) and 6tag(3rd party client). Nokia will be a wise choice.

Smartphone for better camera will be Nokia Lumia 920.

Other option which will cause higher in price than Lumia 920 will be Lumia 925 and Lumia 1020.
