Facebook notifications?

I don't get any e-mail notifications from my facebook account. It's verified so I don't know why I don't get any e-mail whenever someone adds me or posts on my wall. Does anyone know how to fix it?
And yes, I have all boxes checked. so I really don't know why I'm not getting any e-mail notifications.

Navigate to Account > Account Settings > Notifications. From there, you can change all the emails that are sent to your account.

you may have to reset your account settings. i had the same problem a few weeks ago

Go to your "Account Settings" and then, click "Notifications" tab. After that, edit the settings and save changes.
