Would the idea for a second more private facebook account be risky?

Im a gay guy 21 years old.I already have a facebook account where im not out of the closet and i have it for friends family and stuff.I want to make a second facebook account with different name but the pictures would be me,i want to do it because i want to meet more gay people and make friends.Would that be risky?i mean..could someone find out somehow?

Just make another Email account under a false name and use that to open a FB account. Be careful with the pics you put on there and your security settings. Make sure your posts and photos can only be seen by "friends".
When you log in to the account use "private browsing" or an "incognito tab" so it won't show up in your internet history.

On the other hand you should look into actually coming out. It can make your life difficult on one side but so much better on the other. You can find all sorts of advice online.

Start the account from a different computer using a totally different email address, do NO linkages between the new account and your old account. After it is started it doesn't matter what computer you access it from. Only chance would allow anyone to find it after all that.

Do not use a variation on your real name though - use a totally different name.
