Some men are just complete misogynists who really do believe that women should be seen and never heard. Sad pathetic individuals scared of women having an opinion. They ought to be banned from the internet if they do not know how to use it properly. Fine have a debate, say you do not like somebody, but do not threaten to rape them, do not threaten violence. All it shows is you have lost the debate and you are just a vile individual.

A matter of supreme indifference.

The fuss,by some silly bint,is something which really brings the " equality industry ",into disrepute.

That's all that lights the fire of passion in her life ?
Poor cow !

I think that guy just needed any excuse to go trolling. There is a woman's face on all UK money anyway. The Queen's.

I don't see why.

The Queen's a woman and her face has been on bank notes in UK since 1960!

Only Florence Nightingale and Elizabeth Fry have appeared on the reverse side of notes.

No.

But there was no need to out one in to satisfy 'equality' nuts either.

What next?

An Asian, a black a.......just to 'make it fair'?

Austen is a good choice because she was a great author....not a great female author.

Women are bank note users so what is the problem? if that is all that is bothering some people they should find themselves a doctor.
