Do you think it's better for customer relationship to have a Facebook page OR set up as a person?
As a person you can do so much more in terms of functionality and engage better than a page allows, what do you think?

technically you arent allowed to create a user profile and use it as a business, you have to use a page for that... if you ignore this, you run the risk of facebook locking your account, which wouldnt look to good to your customers

A page, you don't have to approve ever person and you keep the same profile. Also there are better ways of measuring the reach of each post you you can see how many people saw all of your posts and measure success using the insights tools.
