blackberry facebook app - You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan.

I did upgrade my data plan, and it still didn't work! then I decided to call back and all they said was it should work, helpful!:L

imho i would uninstall the app then install it again as the plan is upgraded now and see what happens if not then email them back and ask them what you are paying for if not then email me and i will think again what could be wrong thanks

what type of phone do you have and have operating systems like for example android , ios, apple
or symbian which is nokia and blackberry
